David Steuer is the President of Steuer& Associates Inc and Founder of the Real Estate Rountable. David is a graduate of University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a residential home-builder and developer.David obtained his builder license while a college freshman in 1980. He went through the yellow pages to call on builders to get hired and built his 1st home in Bloomfield Township (Wabeek) from a set of plans he created in his high school architecture class. That home was featured on the cover of the Sunday Detroit News real estate section. In 1982, while working for the same builder, David built the National Art Train Designer home in Chambord in West Bloomfield, Michigan. David became a licensed salesperson in 1981.He is also a board member of the Southeastern Michigan Builders Association, and is on the Board of Temple Israel, the largest reform synagogue in the world with over 10,000 members (3500 families).
David resides in Orchard Lake with his wife of nearly 30 years and is an empty nester with three children. When not working, David enjoys sailing, biking, snow skiing & traveling with his friends and family.
